Yesterday I sent out a “cry for help” email to help create content for a new coaching program about getting more customers I am producing.

And I was overwhelmed with the response.

I am going to be spending a good part of today responding to everyone who replied.

On glancing through most of the replies so far, I’ve noticed a common thread.

And that is the no money, no time problem.

i.e. I haven’t got any money to advertise, etc. to get leverage. And I don’t have any time to implement the new ideas I have.

But here’s the thing you probably don’t realise.

You’ve already got hidden assets within your business, that with a simple tweak (which costs no money, and very little time) could add thousands and thousands of dollars to your bottom line.

This would obviously give you more money.

But it would also allow you to outsource stuff to others and have more time.

Make sense?

And from playing the Robert Kiyosaki “cashflow” game from a decade ago, I can tell you that when you move from the rat race to the fast track, you can grow your wealth faster than you ever imagined.

I know it sounds hard to believe.

But take Tim Pringle for example.

He was generating all these leads from the advertising he was already doing.

Around 11 a month in total.

I said to him: you need a better quote.

Most business owners get their business to a certain level, then struggle to lift-it-up-a-notch.

First, once we’ve stepped out of the “desperation zone”, we stop being curious.

In the words of management expert, Philip B. Crosby:
