If you’re on social media much, you may have noticed you get to
hustle a lot.

And I get it…

Hustling can bring results. You’re not going to get results just sitting
on your butt each day playing Fortnite or Fifa.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of millionaires.

And do you know what?

They don’t hustle more than their employees.

Because they play the CEO role, all the time. And their staff are
the ones who are hustling.

Of course, not everyone can outsource everything, including me.

I write copy. I create digital marketing strategies. I roll out paid
traffic and inbound marketing campaigns.

Sure, I have a team to help me.

But I don’t get to play CEO all of the time.

Still, I can play it some of the time.

In fact, to grow, you and I must.

And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing this year.

Putting aside time to think. To think about the vision. To think
about the size of the market, the positioning, what the trends
are, the high level stuff.

Because if we don’t do that, we can be working away,
head down, butt up… while a lion is about to eat us for

My experience is, if you don’t get into CEO mode for
2-4 hours a week, you can end up going around in circles.

Don’t do it.

Every quarter, define your top 5 objectives.

Every day, review them.

Every week, take time to get above your workplace, and
think about where you are going.

Don’t just be busy, stuck in technician mode.
