There’s a lot of talk about content marketing these days, but nothing has
changed with the fundamentals.

Remember newspapers?

People bought them because they got value, right?

For no other reason.

They provided content which people wanted.

And as a result, they had the opportunity to sell advertising, because they
built the audience.

Without the audience, advertisers won’t pay.

Today the currency, instead of selling newspapers for $1… is people’s attention.

And in return, you get to tell them about your products or services.

The trade is simple, and will always be this way.

Give good content.

Get engagement.

Then you can sell.

Don’t shortcut it. Don’t deliver cookie cutter, crappy content.

With so much information out there, that will NEVER be a feasible strategy.

Think about it.

Why will companies pay thousands of dollars to advertise on the sidelines of
top football games?

Simple… the content is great.

Great content = engagement.

And you can take engagement to the bank, either by using those eyeballs to promote your own products… or to sell advertising.

Think about it.

If I served up nonsense in every one of my emails, you wouldn’t be reading this right now.

I wouldn’t have your eyeballs.

And as a result, I couldn’t recommend for you to reach out to me to help you create content for your business.

Sneaky, huh?

And it’s true.

We now have a content marketing team that can help you get QUALITY content out to your audience.
