Next time they walk away without making the sale, try…
THROWING THEM UNDER THE BUS
Send out a letter which says something along the lines of…
I noticed you had a meeting with Bob / Sam / Bill / whoever.
But you didn’t move forward
This really concerns me as most people do.
Can you let me know why?
Think about it.
If someone has gone to the effort of meeting with a sales person,
they’re obviously interested in what you’ve got to offer.
They may have just not “gelled” with the salesperson.
Or perhaps the salesperson didn’t hit the hot buttons.
But if you’re selling something for say, $5,000, and you have
10 appointments a week and only 20% close.
If you could get just a 12.5% of the remaining 8 to move forward…
that would put $5,000 in your account a week.
Or $250,000.00 a year.
Anyway, if you have a sales team that isn’t converting as well as
you’d like them to…
