I took at a client’s Facebook campaign the other week, and they were getting
heaps of leads…
But the conversion rate was terrible.
The first thing I said to them was:
There are two aspects to Facebook.
1. Running ads
2. The funnel
You see, they would generate these leads, but then their follow up process was
way off, and they weren’t tracking which ads were converting and which ones
And that’s where the war is won or lost.
Problem is, hardly anyone goes that deep.
They just look at it from the surface.
Oh, we’re getting you leads.
Traffic doesn’t matter. Clicks don’t matter. Leads don’t matter.
The only thing that matters is what’s converting…
Then work backwards from there to check where the leads came from.
