I was watching Joan Rivers on How’d You Get So Rich again the other night when the guy from the hair care company, Paul Mitchell, was interviewed.

And there was one thing he said which really hit me between the eyes. I can’t remember the exact words, but in a nutshell, he said…

“You need to make sure your product is the absolute best it can be. That way you move from the selling business to the reorder business.”

Now that simple sentence holds a LOT of wisdom – and is probably the key reason why Paul Mitchell got so rich.

I know this from experience.
