I’ve been reading this book recently by Mel Robbins called the
5 Second Rule.

Here’s the theory behind it:

Our minds like comfortable. We act on feelings. So when we know
we should get up off the couch and go to bed, instead of sitting there
gobbling down chocolate…

The 5 second rule is designed around, whenever we know we should

5… 4… 3… 2… 1… Do it!

I’ve been testing it on myself lately, and it works a treat.
