Ok, so over the last couple of weeks I’ve said two things:
1. Video marketing can often be the WRONG THING to do
2. If you can expose someone to your content, they are WAY more likely to buy from you.
With this in mind, here’s a little strategy some very successful business owners
I know are using right now.
They’re advertising cold with video view ads on Facebook.
And then, only when people watch that video are they advertising their landing
page – or whatever – directly to them.
Yes, ONLY then.
Because once someone has consumed a piece of content from you, you’re no longer
a stranger to them…
And as a result, they are WAY more likely to opt in to whatever you have to offer.
Think of it like this.
You’ve never met me before.
I walk up to you and try to sell you something, maybe a fundraiser for my son’s school.
How do you react?
You’re resistant, right?
How about if we’d seen each other at our kids soccer training once or twice, had a
quick chat… and then walked up to you?
Do I get a better reaction?
You bet I do.
And it’s the exact same with your Facebook ads.
